Dave Emerson, Director, U.S. Development Center, Yokogawa
"The SimCenter was a great fit for the workshop we held there this week. The team tables, equipped with laptops hooked up to dedicated projectors, made the workshop a true multimedia and collaborative experience. The ability for participants to project websites related to the discussion in real-time added depth and helped open up the discussions. I found the SimCenter to be unique among venues I’ve visited and look forward to using it for future meetings and workshops."
Wow! This place is impressive: advanced and full of possibilities for interactive, stimulating and edu-taining experiences. Encircled by high quality projected images, we were able to create an atmosphere to promote our message and establish the proper environment that brought participants into an experience of that message, not just an understanding of it.
The SimCenter staff were warm, generous, and incredibly helpful and supportive. They provided us with a number of ideas for how to use the space and the equipment to better advantage. We are deeply grateful for their support and knowledge and their commitment to making a difference in the world.

"The World Resources SimCenter has the technological capability to facilitate 21st century meetings in downtown San Diego. Being able to share information that is both visual and physical in one room allows for a three-dimensional dialog missing from both a web-based video meeting, and a face-to-face meeting in a singular conference room."
With the very first hello upon my arrival at the World Resources SIM Center, the passion for purpose at GENI was evident.
In an amazing space for learning and sharing, the phrase "think globally, act locally" is real and yet, even as an individual, you feel your contribution could be also to "act globally"...it is a very powerful call to action!
Ed Rudberg, University of Minnesota
Peter, the space was fantastic. The space felt to me like meeting space combined with the audio and visual amenities of a sports bar. The big screens and high top tables were so conducive to group work. It made eight hour meetings productive and equally as important, comfortable. Thanks again.

"I attended the GRI report training course which was organized by ISOS group in San Diego. There we had an opportunity to use GENI's office where is located in a heart of downtown San Diego as a lecturing space. GENI's staff served us with warm hospitality, and the facility with wide open space without poles created an open and collaborative environment for us to learn. A high-ceiled dome type conference room with 12 screen displays offered us very dynamic interactions among attendees and faculties. Must visit".
Carolyn Shadle, Ph.D., author, trainer
"Seeing is believing" or, at least, understanding. The graphics unearthed by WRSC and displayed in living color on its 12 screens provide an instant snapshot that clarifies often confusing statistics and platitudes regarding our precious resources. You'll probably have the same reaction I have had: "OMG. Is that really so?" workplacecommcases.com

...The World Resources Center is a very, very promising and highly leveraged methodology, as well as a facility, to improve the quality of life for the entire planet.

The WRSC was the perfect facility to conduct our company holiday party! Our collegues are still talking about their uplifting experiences using the technology and big screens. Many collaborations were ignited from being surrounded by everyone's projects and dreams, and immersed in the possibilities that we can co-create for a better future. We look forward to returning many times more.

GENI is a place where technology and creativity mix effortlessly. Multiple walls of projectors empower each participant to express their ideas in virtually unlimited ways

I want to sincerely thank you for doing an expert job of setting up our room for last night's event. The evening flowed with ease because of it. The individual level of attention given to things like video, music, lighting, etc. was not lost on me. Every time a small need came up throughout the evening, the answer I got was "Sure, we can do that." Your eagerness to accommodate our needs was fantastic.
"I walked into the SimCenter for the first time last night, and immediately I knew I was somewhere extraordinary. With a room full of computers and projectors for everyone to use, I felt like a valuable contributor rather than a passive member of the audience. And above all, I met some great people! Keep up the good work!"
Nancy Mancilla, ISOS Group Co-Founder
"We were fortunate to welcome people from across the country to GENI's office in downtown San Diego recently. The GRI Certified Sustainability Reporting course that we instruct was taken to a whole other level due to the utility that GENI utilizes to facilitate deeper interaction and collaborative learning. Besides the GENI team coordinating efforts seamlessly, they have also now set the standard for how we would like all our courses in the future to be administered."

The stuff that we're talking about building is the metabolic task force at the World Resources Simulation Center. It is the next generation of the "council fire." It's an opportunity for people to sit around the fire, and in this case the fire is on these screens. We can gaze into it together and have a different kind of converation that we wouldn't have had before.
Kelly Cunningham, National University System Institute for Policy Research
"Thanks for the opportunity to present in the Plan San Diego series. It is certainly impressive to talk about economics with such vivid and readily available ability to show charts and information of what we are talking about. Especially liked the capacity to bring up something like the ElliptoGo bicycle example and you quickly had it up on the screen. It certainly broadens the dynamics for making a presentation to an audience."
